In 2020, the theme of the 2020 Pride March was "Health scorned: LGBTQI+ at risk". Indeed, the right to health and access to healthcare is a constant issue for LGBTQI+ people around the world. However, this issue is even more strongly expressed for asylum seekers in France, who often have to deal with administrative difficulties, language barriers, lack of information and access to professional structures, in addition to difficulties linked to their personal situation... During this roundtable, we examine the obstacles faced by LGBTQI+ asylum seekers in France in their access to health care, and make recommendations to improve this situation.
